New year, new challenges but also new opportunities. Well, we finally had some maintenance that we took care of the end of 2010. New pool surface. New back gate. New CWF (clear wood finish) throughout (since we have so much exposed wood). So it goes! But it's important to keep Casa Majahua up to snuff! It's such a beautiful place!
Anyway, even though rentals have been down in the whole area, we are doing OK. Not great, but not as bad as others. So as always, one must be thankful for what they have. And we are. We are.
We made a quick trip down to check-in on things before the next set of guests. The pool looks great, the gate looks great. The Casa looks great!
