Late November 2009 quick visit...

Denni and I got a good deal on Alaska Airlines, so we made a last minute trip to Casa Majahua, leaving the morning after Thanksgiving and staying for 5 nights.

Instead of the normal hustle and bustle, running around trying to do projects, this trip was more laid back. And the weather was wonderful. And of course, mother nature did not disappoint us.

One event we did attend was a memorial for Ben who passed away several months ago. Ben and his wife Berta build a "mini-Casa Majahua" at the very other end of Troncones, in a beautiful private bay. Berta had family down and many of the residents came by to give their regrets and see the beautiful casa that Ben was so proud of.

August 2009 visit...

Denni had to stay in Mexico (don't fell bad for her) so she could renew her FM3. I joined her for a long weekend. The first night, since we had renters are CM, we stayed at Brisas Del Mar in Zihuatanejo. This the hotel Denni, Michael, Robert and I stayed in the very first time we came to Zihuatanejo. We love it!

The rest of the weekend was relaxing! Enjoy some pictures.

Michael's 40th Birthday

Casa Majahua friends and family spent June 27th - July 11th at Casa Majahua to celebrate Michael's 40 th birthday.

Two Weddings at Casa Majahua

We had two weddings in a row at Casa Majahua. The first was on June 3rd for Patrice (whom I had met previously in Park City, UT!) and her partner Jamie.

The second was Gayle and Bertrand on June 11. Here are some pictures of their wedding and of their friends and family giving the big ol' loser sign for those who didn't come because of the swine flu fear.

Moira's 40th Birthday!

From May 20 - 27, Moira, Denni and seven very good friends hung out at Casa Majahua for Moira's 40th birthday. Some of us tried surfing for the first time, all of us had a great time! The birthday party was very fun. Enjoy some pictures...

January Visit...

Our first visit back since leaving BBB in November... so good to be back home! Denni stayed for two weeks... and managed to get a BBQ built. Whoo-hoo. The weather was beautiful and the snorkeling awesome. Oh and the pelicans were everywhere!
